I'm having an event next month and we are going to do a level 10 one shot. I'm looking for ideas/adventures that anyone may have as reference or to use that involve a good amount of combat and would be paced well enough to finish in one session.

I love the setting with its interesting characters and locations, and especially how these change after "the event". Reading Original Dungeons & Dragons Part 3: The Underworld and Wilderness Wizards of the Coast offered several unique adventures for Dungeons and Dragons 3.0 and 3.5 as free PDF downloads. The adventures ranged from 1st-level all the way to 20th-level. In addition a pair of classic adventures were revisited and updated as free downloads, Tomb of Horrors and White Plume Mountain.
A few years ago, I went looking for a Yule/Holiday/Christmas one-shot adventures for D&D 5th edition. I wasn’t surprised to see there wasn’t a ton of content out there, but each year more and more is getting created. Also, there is plenty of good stuff of there for previous editions.
